Fairfax County Youth MOVE is hosting the fourth annual Bridging Minds Art Gallery on April 24th @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm at Minnie H. Peyton Community Center (in Herndon, VA) in partnership with Neighborhood and Community Services, JSSA, and Healthy Minds Fairfax.
We would like to invite you to participate in a resource fair that will be connected to the Bridging Minds Art Gallery. We would love to have your organization be a part of this event. We have a limited number of spaces and priority will be given to youth-serving human service programs.
This event features art from youth and young adults in Fairfax County about their experiences with Mental Health and aims to reduce the stigma. Additionally, we want the event to build a sense of community amongst attendees while connecting them with organizations providing human services in Fairfax County. It is free and open to the public. Last year there were over 125 people in attendance.
Resource tables are encouraged to have interactive activities to engage school aged attendees. This is not required, but strongly encouraged.
We ask any participants in the resource fair to arrive at 5:15 pm and wait until 7:45 pm to pack up.
Please don't hestitate to reach out to me at mstewart-boldin@jssa.org if you have any additional questions.
Thank you!
